Food/Beverage

Feeding hungry people and slaking their thirst is a sacred trust in the south. In Savannah, there is more good food and drink than you can shake a stick at. Put your restaurant/products/brand in front of some of most web-savvy people in town. Not to mention their blogs and twitter accounts. We’re looking for food and beverage sponsors of all kinds. We can work out specific publicity/thanks/exposure based on the size and nature of the donation.

  • Coffee/tea/water service throughout day
  • Morning pastries/bagels/fruit to energize people who skipped breakfast
  • Let’s face it, we need sweet tea at all times
  • Lunch – we’re open to suggestions
  • Snacks to perk people up from those mid-afternoon doldrums
  • Beer/wine/liquor for afterparty (who wants to sponsor mint juleps or mojitos?)
  • Some finger food for afterparty make sure no one is drinking on an empty stomach (desserty, maybe?)

Other In-kind Sponsorship

Want to pitch in but none of these fit you? What do you have that we need? Hotel rooms for visiting speakers? T-shirt stock we can use for our event printing? Other stuff we can use to make our event memorable? Get in touch and make us an offer we can’t refuse. We can work out specific publicity/thanks/exposure based on the size and nature of the donation.
